Unable to use the app
I was forced to log out from the app about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t been able to log back in ever since. I have changed my password multiple times and every time I try to login (with the correct credentials) the app says I have the incorrect username/password. However I am able to login through the website with the same credentials. I contacted the helpdesk but they are unable to help as they don’t correspond directly to employees. My organization payroll administrator has reseted my kiosk and the problem still persist. Looks like the issue is with the app rather than me as an user.
Passwords don’t work!
I have had to reset my password five times this month - each time I reset it, it lets me in. Then I try logging in the next week and my new password doesn’t work! I can see it’s been an issue for a couple of years - going by other peoples reviews!!! Please FIX THIS ISSUE!
Rubbish
I’ve been locked out. Tried to get a new password but it just won’t let me. Had trouble with this crappy app before
Pay history is scrambled
The pay history is a complete mess. The year is the same but it feels like winter for the 5th time this year. March after November May before january. So hard to see my pay history in order…. Please fix
Average
The password expires every 6 weeks and it terrible to reset, difficult and time consuming. I hate it. The rest of it is fine but if I have a password and pin then I should be able to login at all times. If I didn’t have to have it I wouldn’t.
HELP ME LOG IN
Im trying to activate my account but it says “user already activated “ but i have never logged in before. Whats wrong
Forced updates
I am unable to use because of a forced update... nothing new other than minor bug fixes but completely stops me using it just for this!
Face ID
Bring Face ID to this app please.
Decent App but needs improvment
Would have been good if this app had push notifications for when you got paid, etc. similar to some competing apps.
