You still have constant daily lagging for god knows how many years. You still cant log in in apps and on the computer. I can live by that. What i cant fathom is you , making the only solution for online banking issue is ONLY THROUGH PHONE CALL. I came to a branch to settle this issue because there is no answer from your side. How do i settle things if cant do it online , and if i go to a branch they told me the solution to my problem, is to call the toll free line at night?! I would not have come, if i havent been trying to call in the first place. If i could give a 0 star. I would have.

I can’t even do any transactions because isecure asyik loading je, and now after updating the app they told me to update my username, but now I can’t even check my balance cause it’s still stuck with isecure

Customer Service is so bad, my account needs activation and i have been waiting an hour for someone to respond in the call. Please resolve this issue or else i might not use this service anymore. An hour waiting for a call is not good at all, and i could’ve done other things instead of waiting for a respond that i might not even get. Not even going to talk about the annoying music. Fix. It.
