I only experience Bank to bank service like few times, then only Cash pick up available. bank to bank never came back anymore. Filipino Crab mentality within the technical support department in this company has made me decide to switch to a different remittance foreign owned company. Life is too short. It’s not worth saving $5 in service fees.
