I can’t open my ISIC card xd Not a single function is working in this app

i wish i had seen the reviews of this app, before i paid for my online isic card and wasted money. it’s just like everyone says; i cannot show my isic card, no matter how many times i put in my password or do face scan, and therefore it’s impossible for me to use.

I have only virtual card and I can't even use it. I can’t upload my photo which is obligatory to show the card. There is "Something went wrong" error all the time. For me this app is completely useless because I use ISIC only to show the card in some places, not for the online discounts. Actually it looks like buying ISIC was a total waste of money if I can’t even use it.

Completely worthless app. It will fail randomly, even with good internet connection. Customer support is never able to help. It really shouldn’t be hard to create an app that can show a card and a QR code. Caused me a lot of arguing with train ticket officers.
