## iSTB Description
iSTB allows you to watch IPTV from MAC address based providers which use Stalker Middleware, providers using the Xtream Codes API and M3U playlists.

**Please use the iSTB Lite app to check if your provider is supported**
**Some providers are not supported**

- Connect to multiple portals at once with profile groups
- Search genres by name
- Search channels by name
- Add channels to a favorites list
- Full electronic programming guide or EPG (dependent on your provider)
- View & download VOD content (dependent on your provider)
- Catch up on past programs (dependent on your provider)
- Watch VOD with subtitles from OpenSubtitles
- Resuming of VOD and catch up content
- Play audio in background
- Watch multiple streams at once with Multi View (dependent on your provider)
- Play picture in picture (supported devices)
- Cast to TV (May not work with all providers. Requires VLC app to be installed and a Chromecast.)

### **--- "wonderful yet so flawed"
this is simultaneously wonderful and yet the ui is bar far the worst i have experienced on any app.

Using from an ipad , icons make no sense and its trial and error, i couldn’t even work out how to stop a video playing in full screen - it breaks all normal conventions. 

If the ui was better thought out, this would become the number 1 app for iptv.

After reading the reviews of the app, and successfully using the Lite version to test if all is ok - I purchased the full version.

However, the EPG for my provider does not work. It does in the Lite version, and in other apps but not in the full version. 

Contacted developer but I’m ‘ Not eligible for a refund’.  Very disappointing.

Just paid and downloaded the full version and my sole purpose of paying for this app is for the PiP which does not work on the iPhone 13 Pro on streaming. Would’ve been useful if this feature was available on the lite version so it could be tested before paying (a lot) for the full version. Switched to player 3 in the setting and it doesnt work. Now the good points. You can hide channel groups that are not required. Layout is good Overall i feel £9.99 is too much to pay for this app. If PiP was working then it would’ve been worth it.

This beats out GSE and FLIX (bad UI) and Flex IPTV (very crash happy if you do anything too quickly).

This handles many channels with ease (once the playlist loads, which is MUCH faster with XC over m3u with EPG, which can take minutes), and the fact you can pipe the video out to IINA or VLC is wonderful.
