Hi, guys, I’m a professional cello player with more than 30 years experience in solo, chamber and orchestral music. This is BY FAR the best tuner that I had ever tried. And believe me, I saw a lot of them! This is ONLY exact tuner for every possible (or even unimagined) music instrument. Thank you, really enjoyed! Will look forward for an Apple Watch support!
But too expensive. I wish faster access to base frequency setting. I tune harmonicas to different base tuning.
Единственный тюнер, после которого мне не приходится дополнительно подстраивать гитару на слух. Настроил один раз и можно играть/записываться, не проверяя строй. Аккорды стали гораздо более цельно и мощно звучать. Не думал, что обычная гитара без Buzz Feiten и прочих подобных систем может ТАК строить. С этим тюнером может. Однозначно рекомендую!
Отличный тюнер для телефона и планшета. Для тех, кто не понимает как пользоваться техникой от Петерсон, лучше найдите другое приложение. Вообще эта контора делает самые лучшие приборы, для тех кто ценит максимализм, рекомендую :-)
Once you get used to the strobe display, nothing else feels as accurate. The sweeteners are worth the extra few bucks. Very much worth it for excellent intonation. It doesn’t get updated often because it doesn’t need to be. It just works great!
App is functional but has not been updated at all in many years. No longer properly fits modern phone screen sizes. An update has been promised for over a year but nothing has yet been delivered.

This is fantastic and includes a great visual element that will gradually help players learn how to tune by ear. Anyone having trouble getting a “good reading,” it’s probably because you’re out of tune and not adjusting. Twist the knobs, people! And if it gets worse, twist them the other direction!
Hummed and hawed about purchasing this app as it is expensive. However it proved invaluable when setting up an arch top guitar with a floating bridge. Getting the bridge placement would have taken a lot of trial and error unless you have years of experience with this type of bridge. I got it nailed in 15 min. It is a bit twitchy to use but keep in mind this is a high resolution tuner designed to get the finest intonation from a vibrating string. Definitely a professional luthiers product. I have 2 other tuner apps which are good for getting close but with istrobesoft you get perfect pitch every time. Very impressed.
Not sure why but this tuner is not very good . Peterson are the best tuners in stompbox and bench tuner form. But this app really sucks. I have a brand new iPhone and I’ve tried it with it plugged in and through the mic and it’s all over the place can’t get a solid reading with it. It also won’t even pickup my bass at all really. Complete waste of 15 bucks.
