For months the app is buggy and the “LuckyDraw” blank page is never fix. I wonder what was the last update from 2 months ago for.

Can’t see a thing on iPhone 15 Pro Max. Do something about it.

Apps tend to hang but isok since most time i managed to order in the end but recent months i can’t spin the lucky draw. Saw got new update today thought it was fixed but still not fixed!! When i go in to spin is just a blank page..just so you know the lucky draw feature was what kept me ordering from your brand. If this is not fix i dont think i will order anymore

Lucky draw page is blank on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have tried to delete and reinstall multiple times but the issue still shows. Please help resolve this issue.

A few days ago I became unable to access the lucky draw, it’s always a blank screen. Also it takes so long for an outlet to confirm an order sometimes when u order for asap.

Placed order on app and reached outlet. There was a line of people ordering. All the people who were physically there ordering got their drinks and orders before my order was even called out. Gave priority to people who order physically at store.

I ordered and my order has not been accepted for 10 minutes. I walked down to the store and there’s not even a single customer there, and they never accept my order??? Pls hire competent staffs and what is the supervisor even doing? Pls fire them

there is an option to add pearl but they have disabled that option and its been that way for the past week or so. everything else are still able to add, only the pearls. please let us have the option for adding pearls back.

What’s the point of having an app when none of your orders will even be confirmed and made via the app by the branches

2 months still unable to top up my credit using my debit/credit card. Before this all was fine but two months in suddenly error pops up when topping up. Please fix this issue.
