This app allows our customers to pre-order their prefered meal plan and combo in advance so as to avoid long wait lines at their preferred pickup location.

I’m honestly quite disappointed with my experience today. I drove all the way from Ikoyi to Lekki Phase 1, and then to New Market, specifically to get two Item 7 Shawarma and the experience was disappointing. 

The shawarma was extremely cold from the moment it was handed to me. It also didn’t taste fresh or enjoyable at all, which was especially disappointing as I hadn’t eaten anything all day.

For the price paid and the effort it took to get to your store, I expected much better quality and value for money. Sadly, I didn’t enjoy the experience at all.

there should be a place to give a note to the store when ordering , like extra packs and all incase one wants to put the proteins in a separate pack

What you should include in the app is delivery have your own delivery drivers and run it free or at a very discounted rate people would prefer using your app rather than using glovo or chowdeck to order from you. Notable restaurants do too you should possibly add that to your next feature. Cos i don't understand while I will be going for pickup when I'm not close to your restaurant especially in Lagos

It was really a very good website fast to get a pick up and the staff was very active which was so lovely the app makes things easier to know wether it’s available or not instead of wasting strength and later didn’t get what we want
