I had an appointment booked a day before and when I reached there then it gave me a ticket with 8 people waiting, where as I should be automatically added to the list for that time otherwise what’s the point of booking an appointment one day in advance? 
And even after I took a second ticket from the app, locked the phone and put it my ticket and after 5 minutes when i open the phone the ticket is gone and have to get a new one. Wasted a lot of my time. Very frustrating and annoying app, please fix it ASAP

كيف نستامنكم على اموالنا اذا ما كنتوا قدرين تخدمونا عن طريق الشبكه وموظفينكم الكذب عندهم مجاني تم سرقة ٥ دنانير مني بمقدار دينار لكل يوم عن تحويل منتظم انا سبق وقفته من ثلاث افرع فرع المحرق والفرع الرئيسي في ضاحية السيف وفرع باب البحرين وما رجعتوها الا لما اتصلت على cbb وتقدمة بشكوه رسميه عندهم يوم ثاني مرجعين لي ٤ والدينار اللي باقي لا محللين فيه لا دنيا ولا اخرة ياريتكم اعترفتوا بوجود الخطاء في نظامكم الجديد ووقفتوه وحاليا ماقدر ادخل على الموقع ولا اخلص اي معامله من صوبكم وحتى النجمة الواحده اللي حطيتها لكم فوق حرام فيكم الكوووول سنتر عندكم كذابين وعوود وخربطه واسابيع ولا من حلول لازم شكاوي لكن اليوم انا كاتب هني كتنبيه واليوم بعطي الابديت حق بنك البحرين المركزي عشان يجوفون لنا حل معاكم ومع الوب سايت مالكم والدينار بعد موناسيه انا مادري هال١٥ سنه اللي فاتت جم ضربتوا علينا بسكات ومكتشفتها الا بالصدفه الشهر اللي فات لكن كل شي بيطلع والسلام اخر الكلام ..
