Why won’t the app save your “favorite” team? Functionality is poor. Customer service is worse.

This app is just terrible, after our games it took 3 hours to get a notification after our game, and they got the score wrong. It took 3 hours to input the score in the app, and even that they couldn't get right because all they put was a W or F, no score. They also removed my tournament from the app a day early, and now our game is cancelled because we cant see the schedule. This app is terrible compared to the other AAU basketball apps, and should never be downloaded.
