I really like this app. I love the actual recipes they all taste really good 😎 and I love the fact it&#039;s on my phone so I can look at it in the shop for buying the ingredients. I already do this sort of a diet and I find I get bored of the same things so this was nice to give me a few good new ideas.

Okay a few typos, but nothing serious enough you can&#039;t make sense of. I didn&#039;t watch the videos, just followed the smoothie and soup recipes and doubled up because my partner did it as well . There was enough soup for seconds for both of us, and would easily be enough for  4. All of the soup recipes were delicious and ones I would make again even when not following the plan. 
The smoothies were all good as well. We both finished the 7 days quite a bit lighter than we began and felt really energised and fit. We are both in our seventies so feel proud of ourselves for completing the 7 days without wavering from the plan. Well worth the effort on all fronts.

I&#039;m afraid this app is pretty poor... lots of mistakes e.g. sentences repeated twice... recipe amounts not always the same as the video and wall planner.  Very poor design for the shopping list... may be okay on an iPad but not easy to use on an iPhone.   The earlier apps worked really well... clear and uncomplicated... the newer ones are all showey but a poor user experience.  The biggest annoyance is the the videos don&#039;t flip - Jason is on his head if you use your smart phone or tablet cover as a stand!  So it&#039;s all in all a big disappointment... sorry!

As the previous reviewer states, there is an issue with the mute button/rotation setting. But this was simply fixed, and the app support couldn&#039;t have been faster and more helpful. I&#039;m assured that an update is awaiting Apple approval. 
As for the plan, it&#039;s simple to follow, and has tasty recipes, as you would expect from the Juice Master Jason Vale.  Having previously followed the 5day plan, I really missed hot and savoury foods. This plan is the answer, the soup and salad recipes are all beautiful, and easy to make. This aspect has really helped me stick to the 7 days, whilst giving me plenty of ideas and recipes to use when I reintroduce meals next week. 
I have dropped one star as the shopping list facility is not as functional as the one in 5lbin5days app, and the coaching videos are not quite as good.  But still, there&#039;s plenty here to help you through. 
I would recommend the app as I&#039;ve lost 7lb in the first 6 days following the soup &#039;n&#039; juice plan!

Firstly if you have no sound on this app change your settings so that your mute switch on the side is set to mute &amp; not to set the rotation of your iPad like i had set mine to! After querying this with Juicy HQ they replied superfast and explained this to and solved my problem yeah!!! Like Jason&#039;s other apps it is very easy to follow and videos are great! Loving the juices, soups &amp; salads. I have all the apps now and worth every penny x
