Love the app. So easy to use. BUT the last few videos won’t play? Asked tech team to advise so hoping it’s not a major issue as I’ve seen others mention this from years ago.

I used this app f throughout my journey, great for seeing the recipient. However i am now on day 26 and need to watch the day 27 video but for the past few days they have all frozen on me and I can’t access them. I tried to reset it which was annoying but I am still I am e to open any of the videos. I feel very disappointed that at a point where I need to be able to eat the videos to move forward I can’t… this has left me wondering what to do next !

The App is great for creating your shopping list. However many of the videos don’t work. And I didn’t get any notifications until day 28. The last day. The App needs updating after iOS updates. Especially when you have to pay for the App

I love Jason Vale but I hate how they pay not attention to updating the app so it’s compatible with each iOS update and iPhone upgrade on iPhone 12 you lose access to a lot videos, shopping lists and so much. It’s a shame this side of the brand is such a let down.

I am so grateful to have found Jason through his documentary, it has truly changed my life! I have books and I have also tried his already made, home delivery juices service which is excellent. Highly recommend!! Thank you Jason for all that you do!

Thought this was fixed as stated in the app blurb…disappointed

I’ve bought the app and the book, if you’re not someone who wants to read all the science/evidence first, the app is a great tool for just getting stuck in and started. I love the shopping list generator, I can just send this to my local green grocer and it’s delivered. It’s so easy, when it comes to juicing, I prepare them in advance on the days I’m working, so I use the shopping list to get what I need out of the fridge/fruit bowl and have it all ready to juice. Ease of use is the most important thing for me, if it’s difficult, it’s my excuse to self sabotage and give up! Oh and the juices taste great, I haven’t felt hungry once, my body is getting the nutrients it needs ⭐️

I see a welcome message but nothing else. No juice plan or any content. Would like a refund.

It’s been all this year that the videos haven’t worked in the app. So you get none of the weekly inspirational coaching to help you though. Which tbh was the point of the app for me rather than the book. JV seems to be very evangelical about the psychology and inspiration of the coaching part of the books and apps - urging you never to skip this part of the plan and not to “just follow the instructions” as you’re more likely to give up. So it’s not really on to expect us to wait this long for it to be fixed.

The videos are beyond the control of the app creators so unfair to dis him for it. The plans are still there to be followed and you can find the videos on YouTube until it’s fixed
