I would say that this app is useless 99% of the time. First time using jbl live flex 3 - great. All the rest times? “Can”t find your headphones”. Even though im using them at the moment. Re-installed app. Still nothing. Disapointing.

I went from android to iphone, on the android everything was fine but when I upgraded to iPhone and downloaded the app it said that it couldn’t find my headphones. Really disappointed.

### *---- "EQ profiles activate themselves and blast my ears!"
After the app update, JBL Tune Flex EQ profiles started appearing on their own: JBL Tune Flex EQ, JBL Tune Flex EQ 2, JBL Tune Flex EQ 3… Even if I turn off the equalizer, it turns itself on and automatically selects one of these profiles, and the headphones screech loudly—right into my ears!

I have already:
	•	Reset the headphones to factory settings
	•	Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

Despite this, the problem remains. If I try to choose another EQ profile, after a while it switches back to JBL Tune Flex EQ and starts screeching in my ears again! If I delete the JBL Tune Flex EQ profile, it reappears on its own, turns on, and screeches in my ears! After this screeching, I get ringing in my ears!

This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I cannot use the headphones without getting blasted by loud, ear-piercing noise. Something needs to be fixed immediately.

Upd: If I delete the app, the headphones work normally, but the ringing in my ears from the screeching remains. I’m now afraid to use them.

I have the JBL tune 660c headphones. In the app there isnt an option for these headphones. I can connect them to my phone via regular bluetooth, but i would like to be able to control the bass anf other things from the app but it isnt possible because they arent there 😔
