You can literally sign into anybody’s account and see parents phone numbers, bus address, their birth date, and more, with just their student ID number. This is a serious issue that needs to be fixed immediately.

I have a parent account already setup and functioning online, but I prefer to access accounts like this via an app because the appearance and functionality is usually better. Not the case here. When I try to access my existing account, I get an error that my account doesn’t exist. So I figured maybe I’ll create an account; but my kid’s school / school district isn’t even on the list! Obviously no communication between the app and the website. Completely useless.
