If you buy something on it with the rewards you’ve earned and you need to send it back you lose the money you used, went in with wrong size and couldn’t even exchange for bigger size so I lost out on £32 and to get a decent amount in rewards you need to spend a fortune unless there’s a 10% offer on
Tried to add my receipt manually as the scan of the QR says it doesn’t recognise the receipt. When you try to add the receipt manually it doesn’t let you submit once you have manually entered the info req Come on JD, I spend a fortune and want to be rewarded 🥲 for my loyalty to you Please sort it
I was told by a member of staff about the app but trying to input my details to get the 10% back and it won’t let me move on to the next step. I have tried calling customer services but no one answered the phone
Doesn’t let you scan or enter your receipt
Took me 2 tries before the code from a text message was accepted in the process of making my account. Then no receipt will go through when trying to add it either manually or by the QR code. The screen just goes grey when trying to use the QR code, and when putting the info manually it just clears everything you wrote down.
Rubbish.
Like most other reviews, it just doesn’t work. You’d think a company the size of JD Sports would be able to produce an app that works. Let’s face it, most of us have downloaded this app for one reason - to get cash back on a purchase. And yet the app doesn’t recognise the QR code or the receipt number. So what’s the point?
Would be good if you could collect the 10% cash back through scanning your receipt, but it doesn’t work.
It doesn’t let you submit receipt details. You can put the details in but when you press submit, it just reloads the screen and doesn’t do anything.
Tried yesterday to add my receipt and won’t work not good
