Despite updating the app I am not getting the ring when there is a entry and exit

The customer service is hope less. Whatever complains or suggestions are made not responded to. When a visitor comes , intercom notification rings on all the mobiles registers for our house simultaneously. Even the permission is granted from one of the mobile,the ring on other doesn’t stop. After this too a automated call is generated which rings on both mobiles. This need to be stopped as soon as a permission granted once from any mobile.

JioGate is the best Visitor Management app

See when a delivery person will come on gate..we do get alert about allowing it. But when we allow it …again we get call on phone to allow the delivery numerically….why like this…? this is observed since July 2023. Suhas Karvande. Pune.

Very slow and time wasting

I am a users since 2 months now. Have implemented this is our premises. For a FREE software it does great stuff. JIO doesnt seem to marketing this much right now. I’d love better support and more feature updates. But I can’t complain as it’s too good for FREE.

Team, Help me to start registration process and need further help too.

Request submitted for Jio gate, and JIO representative take followups for JIO FIBER. Cheap way to collect data.

The Concept and user experience of this app is amazing. Good work by the team!
