Can't signup at all. Have tried many times over several months. After filling in all my details it just says error

Simply adds seconds to the timer after pressing “stop charging” so as to charge you more. What a dishonest app. I would give 0 star if it was allowed

Kept returning error message when I try to sign up. Lousiest app I’ve ever installed

The app suffers from frequent automatic logouts, causing significant inconvenience for users. The constant need to relogin disrupts productivity and diminishes user satisfaction. Additionally, language barriers in error messages exacerbate usability issues, alienating non-native speakers. Addressing these issues promptly is essential for improving the app’s functionality and user experience.

To create a password you need to include a symbol, but not the usual symbol like underscore, dots, comma…etc. It has to be very specific few symbols. You need to try a hundred times to get it right. And good luck on remembering your password for this specific app because they don’t follow the standard symbols requirement for password.

Previous version can charge successfully, but after upgraded to this version 3.0.x, it can’t connect. Server down for a day, after server resumed, 4 out of 5 new ABB chargers commissioned for less than 1.5 months down/faulted permanently as claimed by JomCharge. This ver 3.0 is a disaster, JomCharge please make sure your App is tested before deployment.

Who ever the developer is deserves all the curses coming his way

EV cars suppose to enjoy the thrill and ease of mind in charging . This app stuck in the Stone Age century. Where everything crash , apps and physical machines . Hope this rating give motives to the team to improve better . Happy to rate 5 stars when is up to standard

Very slow customer service. App developers didn’t do a great job at all

I think the pin point is not right and always cannot detect the exact location. Even I scan the QR at the charging point still unable to start charging. It has happened to many location I went to. Wasted my time to go there
