It was a great experience. I always prefer to go there because of clean washrooms. Cashiers are always nice with every customer. Morning person is very helpful and kind with everyone, her name is Satuti.

Trying to find a station in the ottawa region and the app does not find any. Just a blank map

Thursday Feb 27 noon I was filling up and mistakenly threw somebody’s receipt in the stone dust container before I had a chance to remove it a female employee yelled at me that the container was not for garbage. She yelled from the front entrance door that she was holding open with her foot while she was SMOKING! TOTALLY ILLEGAL! This is the 3rd time this employee has been rude to me for absolutely NO reason and needs to be dealt with by your company. Once I completed my fill up I removed the SMALL piece of paper from the stone dust container and placed it in the garbage

The app never saves my 7c/L savings for later. I don't know what kind of buffer time you need but don't try shutting them off before you fill up, these thieves keep applying my savings to tiny transactions, I should know better at this point and not even use my Journie card for those transactions because I know these snakes Are just gonna steal my savings… Do you think I filled up 900+ litres of fuel , saved the reward three times just so I could apply it to a 9.2 L purchase?? This has happened so many times I've started just using the Scotty's Esso across the road, it's PC points, but at least their system works consistently

Used to get free drinks/chocolate bars/gum etc… now $2 off garbage rewards?!? Takes longer to get $ off gas as well. Let me guess, you’re going to share my comments with your program management team? I’m sure you will.

Impossible to use car wash from the app. Do not buy from within the app, no matter how good a deal it seems. I am down $65 and still without a car wash. It is a clunky process to use the wash pass from app and it DOES NOT WORK.

I just saved $13. on a fill up today! This is a great way to save money.

I wish it would combine the previous system as well as the current one. It used to have free snacks, and now it is only a discount. Please combine both system. Combined, it would be a very good system. Thank you!
