I asked nicely if I can wrap with christmas wrapper my item but she was already annoyed, and i asked if i could see the medium pouch so i could check and see if the size of the pouch i chose ( coz i already booked at home prior going to the branch) but she just rudely put the black pouch ( not the usual j&t pouch) on the table, as if she was talking to a dumb kid. I just want to complain about the rider for my Door to door pick up. Kasi po nagtext lang sya na andun na sya sa pick up point pero hindi siya tumawag . 5mins. before ko na check yung message niya then i tried to call his number pero di sya matawagan naka silent po yata sa unknown callers. Pwede po pa call out naman po mga riders niyo na kung hindi nareplyan for a minute is tumawag naman sila hindi yung basta basta na lang pong aalis without even trying to reach out. Lalo na po kung very important po yung parcel. Yun lang po ang concern ko. Thank you!
