A waste of time spent entering passwords, requesting new ones, not being recognised and then the app won’t open at all. Avoid and save yourself a lot of hassle. Bad advertisement for the company. All I want to know is can I add roaming in Ireland.

Be prepared to have trouble with this app. Constantly down/won’t load. Check with JT - “ what version area you using?” What device are you viewing on?” “ Is device up to date?”

Horrible app can’t open after logging in

I entered my details and the app screen disappears!

They sent me an email questionnaire about this app. My response was delete it and start again. This app is an embarrassment.

I can’t reinstall this please help

Total rubbish! Please put more resources into development and testing, or to speak a language you understand…..“NULL”

Have removed this trash. Hitting the forgotten password link takes you to another screen where you get stuck unless you input your password. Honestly you couldn’t make it up.

Avoid like the plague. Hasn’t been updated in over a year and doesn’t work. Doesn’t even stay open to view account.
