I’ve been trying to sign in, but the OTP is not sending me any SMS on my phone. I tried multiple times and even deleted and reinstalled the app, but it still doesn’t work. Without the OTP, I can’t log in or use the app at all. Please fix this issue as soon as possible—it’s very frustrating.

The app is very poorly made and very laggy, I tried cancelling a trip 20 minutes in advance but the application was not responding and customer support was not responding. When I finally managed to cancel the ride I was charged a 170 EGP cancellation fee and on top of that I was still charged 350 EGP for the ride even though it was cancelled and charged a second cancellation fee of 20 EGP. I ended up being charged more than the trip itself and when I contacted support they said they would reach out to the responsible team and they would contact me regarding a refund but I have received no follow up for weeks. The only positive factor about this company is that the cars are nice, but other than that the management and the UX design are horrible.

It is my first time to try an electric car, it is truly amazing experience, I didn’t expect that peace of mind, I was isolated from whatever happened outside the car in a vary high traffic, and a very high temperature with a smooth , safe driving.

What I appreciate most is the safety and security that comes with the ride, knowing that my daughter is in safe hands when she’s traveling alone is priceless. The driver was professional, courteous, and followed all safety protocols, which is exactly what I look for in a service like this.

I wholeheartedly recommend JTNY for anyone who values safety and quality in their transportation.

I have never deleted an account on any platform or app before, but I just did with this app! First of all, the UX is really bad! I mean, the app is so laggy and doesn't look modern or smooth at all! So at least I assumed it would have good fare rates for such bad UX and UI, but no, the fare rates are higher than all the other ride-hailing apps! Almost double the price for the same trip!

And don't claim that it is because you will provide me with luxurious cars. For God's sake, how can I trust you with that when you can't even provide me good UX for your app?

I would expect a way better experience through the app with such high fares.
