Construction takes days

Its a great game but waiting for days to finish the construction is frustrating so u need to download other games u can play while waiting

won’t connect to the internet sometimes

I like June’s Journey. I just hope they fix this problem where the loading bar gets stuck at 8% before a pop up box appears saying that the game isn’t connecting to the internet. This has happened multiple times. Tried restarting my phone and my internet connection but it still it wouldn't open

Not just a game

Discovered JJ during the lockdown and has since then playing it practically everyday. It is not just a game of hidden objects, designing or decorating , speed and a memory game. Surprised that by playing JJ, you also learn new words and objects such as plants, musical instruments, animals, etc. that are not common to our part of the world. Well, to some extent, you also learn history, or at least, the lifestyle during that period. Sometimes though I wonder if the visuals and time are accurate. Perhaps, JJ should be more conscious of the facts. Obviously, some parts are “creative expressions.” And I guess, it reads our “algorithm” when playing. All in all, I enjoy JJ and is one of the 3 or 4 games I keep and play consistently. Of course, expect to continue to be good, fair and not too much profit-centered.

Fix your coffee glitch and compensate players

Dear wooga, I spend money to buy diamond packs for all 3 jj accts that i play. When the coffee glitch happened to me and i sent your game help dep regarding it with the screenshot of the glitch, instead of compensating me for the wasted diamonds and drinks, you blame me for sharing coffee too fast! Lol.. STOP MAKING EXCUSES! Do your job and fix the game properly to avoid coffee glitch in the future. And try to compensate the players who buy diamonds. We spend money, so we expect wooga to at least try to compensate us for the glitch.

Nice and fun game. Just hope that the competitions only last 30 minutes or less coz the 45 minutes to 1 hour competitions are taking too much of our time

it crashed on my ipad. can't open it at all! pls fix this soonest.

Sweep the Board

This game is very very nice, I admit. But my greatest concern is that during the Sweep the Board events, on the second to the last round, please be considerate of the effort. why all of a sudden 24sec then 20sec and then theres something new to find? I've probably been trying for about 5 time now and I am pleased to say that I give up because of how annoyed I am.

A snippet does not want to be placed no matter how many tries I do. No matter how many restart I do with the app. This is why pushing so much activity is not good for the game.

Keeps crashing

I love the game but recently it keeps on crashing or hangs and I can’t play and for 2 days now the game won’t open. Hope you can do something about it.
