I really enjoy playing Jurassic World Alive, but I recently ran into a serious issue. After winning a battle, the game showed the “SUCCESS!” screen and froze. When I restarted the app, it kept showing the same screen and wouldn’t continue. I’m signed in as a guest, so I’m worried that deleting the game might erase all my progress.

Please fix this bug or add an automatic recovery option for guest accounts so players don’t lose their data. I love this game and would really appreciate a fix in the next update. Thank you for your hard work!
