Selecting (highlight) text with a mouse or trackpad doesn’t work as expected. It selects more text then wanted. This is clearly the case when one starts to select text somewhere near the end of the line and the beginning of the next line. Also, sometimes it causes to the app to go to the next or previous page. When you select text in order to highlight it, sometimes the app acts like I’m swiping to the previous or next page instead selecting text. The app crashes when I use the Option key on Mac, whether it’s the MacBook’s own keyboard or an external keyboard. I use the Option key to quickly select text in a note (or text field in a study article) or quickly delete entire words when using just the keyboard. Example: I want to delete an entire word I hold the Option key and then tap Backspace to delete the entire word, instead of just tapping Backspace a couple of times. Same goes for navigating through the text; I hold the Option key and then use to arrow keys to quickly skip through entire words instead of just each letter separately. The app crashes when I use the Option key like that.

Na update van iPad 18.1.1. kan ik mijn back up niet terugzetten.

On my iPad Air M1, the notes that I make in the sideline appear slower than before. Maybe the db model was changes some versions back? I’ve lost notes at conventions because after closing the note the app would not have saved the note. A hard close and restart of the app means it will work again for a while. Besides slowness of loading literature and marks (the bible or publication in the right pane will appear, and some seconds later my color markings will appear) another downside of this app is its inability to load EPUB files. There is no easy way to convert epub to jwpub either.

Thank you Brothers for al the hard work. It’s a great APP !!!! But I have a problem with my iPad en my Magic Keyboard. I can't select text with my mouse pointer for a week now. Please help :)

Love the app! But since the last update there is an issue restoring backups on iPad. When I backup on my iPhone and restore on my iPad nothing happens. Usually you get the dialog to restore. Restoring on my mac still works so it seems it has something to do with the iPad implementation. Thank you in advance for the effort!

Need less to say i am really happy with the app, I thought that it might be usefull to share something i came across today. If I went and marked two verses the first time. I can't come back later and only mark one of two verses in a different color, it then changes the whole marking of both verses. I thought maybe delete the marking and make 2 seperate ones, but then if I made a personal note, it looses its color and then its hard to get the color back. I would love to be able to just mark over it and not change the whole color scheme I made. Thank you for all your hard work to make the app as user friendly as possible!
