I hate this app

I bought this device and now can’t connect to the app. It does not allow you to login into your account after you created a profile. I can only view my data as a guest. I wont be able to view any historical data. This is not great and dissapointing. Please advise.

This app really needs a lot of work. You can’t log in on this app, makes one wonder what quality measures were put in place before rolling out the app. You can’t link or sync the app with other apps that should be a basic feature on your app. I absolutely love the device but you really need to work on your app, maybe do some user testing before your next release

The app needs to get checked I can’t login into my account and every time I create a new one it works but when I use the same account I created to login it doesn’t work this app doesn’t help and it makes it worse that it doesn’t tell the proper time because it’s not synced.

App Store needs a lot of work to fix problems with login and operation. Can’t link watch to apple health either 👎🏿 the watch is great but the app is terrible

y5 wristband ok but this app is useless, can’t even link up with apple health. If there was a minus rating I would’ve used it. Can’t register on server.

Can’t register keep on saying network fail. Also can’t sincronize app with other health apps😠

There is no personal setup to insert the persons length or stride length. Thus very inaccurate readings in distance. 5km walk equates to 3.1km. Almost 2km inaccuracy.
