After the update, it got worse. Printer does not recognize the sticker sizes therefore throws everything off. App no longer lets you customize size and instead only has you choose if it is recognized. Can no longer use the printer. Waste of money.

App only let me type a word, can’t edit it, can’t get keyboard back, can’t change anything. Just frozen. Deleted and reinstalled app, same thing. How is this app this broken!!!?? Returning the printer

The app was designed great. Then an update happened and now it’s so difficult. You can’t see what you’re fully typing resulting in a huge amount of waste. Turn it back. It was fine.

The app is so DOS level. It’s hard to move things around and now I can’t even create a new label because it keeps freezing up.

I really liked this label maker and app. It doesn’t even work anymore. Awful. FIX IT!!

This app was decent but for past 2 weeks I have not been able to use this app or printer cause I can’t edit or create anything new.

I had made a simple label and the images and templates disappeared after the recent update
