How this app for a major bank lacks the possibility of searching for a beneficiary and alphabetically arranging beneficiaries is beyond comprehension. Manually searching for beneficiaries while making mobile payments was frustrating enough to switch to another bank app. Please fix this.

I try logging in it keeps Says Invalid Certificate yet I want to use the money urgently for payments. I uninstalled the up trying to install it not working NKT!!!

In times that you are dependent on accessing your money this app finds a way of disappointing you.

This app keeps getting worse, i wonder what kind o banking app is this that I cannot see my transactions it keeps telling me no transactions found yet i have been transacting in and out

Used to love the app but since a few weeks not able to few statements anymore and the issue is still not fixed.

The new update is a mess !! Says my phone is jailbroken & can’t access my money. This is such an inconvenience

Invalid authorization header error constantly in iOS and rejecting transactions. Ugh. The worst.

Freezing and saying error all the time. It just doesn’t work for IOS users. I have to remove up and install it again for it to work
