The app used to work well on Android, but on iOS it’s completely broken—both the old and new versions I cant use them as it asks for activation code which doesnt work
 Even worse, the support staff seem unaware of how to fix it. It’s frustrating to see no clear resolution or accountability. At this point anyone reading this seriously consider switching to a more reliable banking alternative with better mobile banking services

Of all banking apps, this is the most painful to use, interbank transfers are excruciating slow if they happen at all. App is rarely updated with useful features other than Vooma nonsense. Banking hall queues are faster than this app. Should atleast learn from competitors.
