I love the points system

The app works well and is easy to use. It was the only one I found with fully customizable exercises. I would have rated it with 5 stars if I were able to track my usage without logging into an account. I'm not really intrested in other peoples Kegel exercises nor in sharing mine with them. What makes it worse is that I have to log in *EVERYTIME* I open the app. 👎🏼

The app is really easy to use and I would definitely recommend this app to others. The only thing I don’t like about the app is right after each workout it shows you an ad. It’s not that big of a deal though because the ads are only 4 seconds long and you can skip them easily. It’s not like those really annoying ones.

When I first downloaded this app, shortly after my prostate cancer surgery in January 2020, it worked quite well. After 6 months or so, I stopped using it, as I had built up my pelvic floor muscles quite well. Some months later, I tried to use the app again, but it was not fully functional. The workout tracker feature no longer worked correctly, and my workout history was gone. Now when I use it, there’s a green ‘points earned’ box that pops over and over, preventing me from doing anything with the app. I assume that the app became broken as a result of iOS updates. It’s too bad, because this was a good app at one time.

Hi I’m trying to get started with the app and the profile tab has a repetitive problem of a box popping up says I have earned points (green) and it’s flashing up and down and can’t get past it I gave 4 stars because I can’t see the content yet but it wouldn’t be fair to give a low rating. I’m sure it’ll be great once I can get past that box

App work(ed) great...unlocked and completed all all workouts, awesome. However out of the last 10 workouts the app completely shuts down and not counted towards your daily streak. Frustrating

Easy to use and keeps you accountable

Easy to follow. Love that I can set several reminders daily. Have tried many kegal apps and this is my favorite
