Keno Car Wash

I’ve payed for the subscription of 4 car washed in a month but in fact there was just one car wash. I’ve called them and asked to reschedule the appointments and nothing happened, the booking that was asked to reschedule is still hanging in the app like someone should arrive to me in 42 mins. My schedule had just disappeared and I was charged for the next month without opportunities to schedule the service. When trying to schedule the app asks to pay for it though I was already charged automatically. No one reacts on emails. Finally I just lost 370 aed and got 1 carwash 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Always a great service, convenient as I work from home and they just come and clean the car and I don’t even need to be there so no disruption to my day! Zeeshan cleaned my car and was brilliant!

The service was unreal! I got full valet inside and outside, although it was expensive it was so worth it, I had lots of marks on both exterior and interior which are now gone, the car literally looks brand new. I could not be happier with the service! So efficient!

Fantastic app and service offering but since the app was upgraded, whenever you try to register, book a service or change a booking the app simply times out with an error message. Repeated calls to Keno go unresolved and having called them 6 times in the past 2 wks it’s safe to say the user / customer experience is incredibly poor - despite a phenomenal product / service experience when you can actually book it.

Great application and extremely convenient. Little feedback to developer when user has registered and set up with email. If registering again with new number there are no options to resort verify account and change to new phone number.

Easy app to navigate, great service and excellent value for money.

Very straight forward app to use and a great service at a good price.
