Fiz o pagamento através da app e mesmo assim fui cobrado no caixa. Tive que pagar 2 vezes pra ter meu lanche.

Yesterday I had again a very bad experience with the food quality at KFC!! I ordered a Menu for 1 (= 3 pieces/*pedaços*+ French fries + drink). What I got was: FRENCH FRIES which were cold and not crispy at all! But more annoying: only TWO of the chicken pieces had a normal size as shown on the menu board, the third piece was just a SMALL WING with no meat - covered in a LOT OF BREADING!!!! As a customer you feel really TRICKED 😡 I talked to the lady behind the counter but she didn’t really care. She said the regulations say that I cannot choose the pieces, they can be different. OK … but when you see the large piece on the menu you expect at least something equal! My meal was in fact a 2-piece-meal !! After this hasn’t been the first experience of this kind I will definitely not eat again at KFC !! PS. The quality of the French fries might be an issue of the branch (= ALEGRO shopping in Setúbal). But the rest of my complaint seems to be just general attitude of KFC! By the way: The *chicken tenders* (kind of large nuggets with flaky breading) looked completely different than on the menu! Not crispy at all, light color as if only fried for 10 seconds. This I noticed with another customer ordering at the same time … but also in other branches 😖

Restaurante não recebe pedido após o pagamento concluído por mbway. Só funciona se selecionar pagar no balcão

Fiz um pedido pela app e o mesmo apos ficar +5min a Processar pedido, volta ao menu inicial e o restaurante nao recebe o pedido. Entretanto o restaurante compreendeu a situação e deu-me o pedido.
