Very disappointed with this app and its support. I ordered delivery but never received my food. When I went to the store, they told me to contact support for a refund since the driver (which they outsource to Uber) stole the order. Despite multiple attempts to reach out over months, I’ve received no response, and when I called, the staff hung up. I no longer care about the money—I've accepted it's lost—but I’m sharing this to warn others. I’m also speaking with a big South African TikTok influencer who has agreed to help spread the word

It is really frustrating that I had to go the this process in order to get the most basic order!

I ordered via your app. My order was streetwise 04,  mini loafs, passion fruit krusher & a chocolate milkshake. Only when I completed the order, mintes later your Southway Branch’ s ice cream machine is broken. Tell me how is that my problem as a customer if you’re not going to mark your products unavailable until you sort yourself out?! Furthermore you can’t even transfer my order to another branch!!!! As a service provider, you never say no to a customer when it comes to service delivery because it is your own misleading fault! 
We have all worked in hospitality, if it means running across the road and getting what the customer wants so be it, actually that’s hot it done!!! It is another case when a customer takes the initiative to actually log a call to you seeking assistance. How do you turn them down? So much  for such a big brand to easily turn their customers down. You are failing your customers by not even lifting a finger in assisting them!!!!
