Dear Kidzapp, I recently contacted your team to request an upgrade for my ticket, but I was informed that this is not possible and that I would need to purchase another ticket. I fail to see the advantage of purchasing through your platform if such flexibility is not offered. At the park itself, upgrades are possible, making the Real Madrid World experience much more accessible. Unfortunately, this limitation with your application has left me dissatisfied, and I do not see myself purchasing through your platform again if such issues persist. I hope you will take this feedback into account and improve your services to better meet customer needs in the future. Best regards, Hajar
