Can’t use the app in dark mode.

It’s been a while that this problem exists.. the app itself is not very user friendly. It would be a great addition to a good hospital if the app is remade. Atleast the main problem is everytime I need to use the app I need to change my settings to light mode to read texts in the app

Kims kottayam is not in the list

Hospital staffs will force us to install this app and say everything will be updated here , All reports and data’s. But in my experience even after one week of discharge they haven’t uploaded my discharge summary which is very important after a surgery. Whenever I called their response was like ‘May be some problem with their IT department which is not patient’s headache. So I personally feel this app is just useless.

Its not working properly in the latest version of iOS. Please update this useful app

The app is very useful in booking doctor appointments. Could pay for appointments and gives us a notification if our token is called. Also could download all reports etc. Thanks Kims for launching this app. Very helpful

No option to view the names of doctors or departments if the phone is set with dark theme. Echo / Ultrasound reports are not showing. Very slow application

Such a horrible app. The hospital won’t give you the printed version of the reports so relying on this stupid app and it’s such a mess in the app.
