A disappointing pay to win mess. This game could have been great. I have nothing against free-to-play, Ironhide is a great developer and the only way to survive at scale on the App Store is FtP. 

But the level of pay to win in this game is extreme. Good luck if you don’t have a dragon hero, you’re basically filler content for paid players to beat up on. 

Everything is metered to death, and the constant monetization popups are silly. 

Looks like a Clash Royale monetization copy without really understanding what makes CR great for payers and non-payers. Play the first 30 mins then just uninstall.

I absolutely love the Kingdom Rush series and all of the installments. I had pre ordered this game and have had a lot of fun playing. I do have a legitimate gripe about moving around heroes, barracks and reinforcements. Along with placing spells as soon as they become available after cooldown. 
I can never seem to move my troops consistently due to grabbing the wrong character or the game won’t let me place troops down if it’s in a rally point.
I personally would love to see the dragging of troops ability removed as I think it too much and isn’t consistent.
I also think that if you are able to select an ability when it’s on cooldown that as soon as it becomes available I should be able to use it, not having to go deselect and then select again. 
Please please look into both of these.

This game is a great game. I love the art style  to the gameplay. There’s a lot of different combos and characters but there is one problem that makes me mad and not want to play the game anymore. It’s so hard to get characters. It’s kind of paid to win. If you wanna get good characters and if they don’t give better characters more often at least buff the other characters a lot I’m not saying to give us free good characters. It’s just like impossible to get actual good characters, same thing with the spells I lose almost 80% of my games because of this problem so I give this a three star don’t really recommend playing this👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The progression is set a snail’s pace—
