This app does not deserve even 1 star, I would have given it 0 if I could. Complete rubbish, doesn’t allow you to buy ticket because there’s always an error shown. Even if you accidentally buy your ticket - you can never be sure you’ll be able to use it, because it might just disappear. Yep, you read that right. I can’t imagine how people use it on daily basis. I feel sorry for everyone who has to deal with it more often…

On vacation from the uk and found this app so easy to use. Was brilliant for getting around locally. This added bus planner was also very helpful in determining the correct bus and route.

Don’t waste your time trying to use this if you’re foreign. You won’t get through. The app is an absolutely dismal experience.

Lots of reviews here complain of the app not working. I downloaded the app and got it set up easily. I used it several times during my time in Iceland and it worked just fine. One tip is that if you’re travelling with family buy a group ticket (eg 2 adults & 2 children) in the app rather than single tickets as bus drivers don’t like to wait while you scan 4 separate QR codes, they just set off while you’re still scanning.

レイキャビクへの旅行中にダウンロードしてみましたが、国内の番号しか登録できないので使用できません。 I tried to download it while traveling to Reykjavik, but I can't use it as it only allows registering national numbers.

Gave this dross one star as it won’t allow me to give none, or a negative value. Some fool came up with the great idea of replacing the existing app (which worked perfectly)with this trash that offers half the functionality on the rare occasions you can get it to work. To the developers: Destroy the source code, quit your jobs and stay away from anything involving programming. Sincerely.

This should be made more obvious, why allow people to look up routes across the island, then bury in the small print tickets are only for Reykjavik… Joke

I was hesitant to download the app because of bad reviews. But it worked for me. I had to reload it though as it didn’t accept my card initially. Overall the app did the trick and I was able to buy bus tickets.
