Was originally a Stocard user - Yesterday that was great 10/10 would’ve rated it 5 stars. I appreciate things get updated and changes are made. What I don’t appreciate was being dumped with needing to download a new app immediately when I was trying to use a card in store this morning. 
Give us a change over period or even some warning would’ve been nice.. Thanks. 

PS, when will I get the ability to set the pictures for displaying my cards in the wallet back? The obnoxious blue with white lettering just isn’t as convenient as being able to upload different coloured logos for council cards etc.  Feel free to add the ability to connect cards to Apple Wallet as a consolation prize. 😅

Thank you for your response.. however I tried to give feedback directly before writing a review, and was met by a web link “this page no longer exists” error and a roundabout response from the AI assistant that didn’t get me anywhere. I’m familiar with iOS development, I assume as a development team you will be beating your head against a brick wall with these reviews because you don’t get to decide to prioritise them.. But as much as I would love to copy and paste this to another feedback channel for you.. It’s seemingly impossible to do so, even when having an agent added to the conversation, I am unable to type anything in the text bar. 💔

Migrated my loyalty cards from the Stocard app which was great, Klarna is a “buy now pay later” app which I have no interest in. It no longer has a widget for handy access to loyalty cards …which was the whole point of having the Stocard app.

The primary way I interacted with Stocard was to have quick access to a particular card through the widget. I’ve now been pushed out of that app to this app and there is no widget support??? Come on Klarna sort it out. Please add widget support.

Forced to migrate but Klarna doesn’t have the widget for cards. The entire reason everyone used Stocard was for quick access to cards. Why would you buy it and then ruin it like that for everyone by taking away usability and features? I’ve uninstalled this and won’t give any more time to your broken app, you’re just getting greedy and trying to force products and debt on more people.

It CAN NEVER verify my identity CORRECTLY. It says you need one form of identification but forces me to do two. Once I add both it, it tells me that they can’t verify my card at the moment? 

Very very frustrating app to use. Would not recommend! Barley any platforms use Klarna anyways so don’t bother. Will download again once this issue is fixed and more platforms are added.
