This is the first time, I think, that I have experienced a separate app for a run. Great experience! My dad could follow the run from the other side of the world.

I tried to figure out what is start number? I cantaloupe find it

Last year the app was working fine, and throughout d race my friends were getting update as to where am i, however this year, no notification whatsoever, even when i opened the app, its keep on saying internet connectivity though all my other apps were working live n fine. Such a dissapointment this year. Since action pix was the official photographer, their pics could b integrated with the app to make it easier for runners to find their pics.

I tried to check my result since afternoon until now(1am). But still failed to check my result. Your app keep saying. Please check whether you have a working internet connection. I’m sure I have internet connection. Please fix this issues Tried on iPhone X🅂 Max and iphone se. both having same issue.

unable to track Live tracking based on bio no. keep on searching while blaming the internet connection, whilst i’m using home internet and not via mobile data. poor apps overall.

The apps was working fine for last year. However, very disappointed that the Live Tracking is not working this year. Even after the run, we are still not able to check the result thru the apps.

Obviously the server can’t cope with amount of users accessing the app on the race day. Pretty crappy app as clicking on some options within the app caused the app to crash.

Really good for tracking runners. Just need to improve on the leaderboard listing as it includes people who didn’t start the run at all

You cant download the picture through this app. WTH
