I spent ages making an account and when I finished I went to login but it didn’t even let me in!

Half the links won’t load

No help centre. App is showing calls & times that I know I haven’t made and this is the first day I have been live. Not receiving codes via text message for log ons.

Constantly random logging out my account, happen 2-3 a month

This is a horrible app! I CANT EVEN MAKE ANY PHONE CALLS AND I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE AT ALL! I registered on Friday night and on Saturday morning I wasn’t able to make any phone calls and other people aren’t allowed to phone me as well! They promised me that they’ll fix it on Monday, and now it’s Tuesday night and I still don’t have service, this is absolutely ridiculous! I don’t even have any data, this is just a scam😡!

Kogan Mobile NZ is proving customer a great value for money they are spending. Need little more improvement in Mobile Application & Customer login page in the Website. ******* PLEASE INCLUDE NUMBER OF DAYS REMAINING OF 30 DAY PERIOD FOR THE CUSTOMERS ON YEARLY PACK. *******

I’m logged out on a few occasions with is frustrating. The links within the app don’t work for, home, help etc logout works fine though… I’m in a yearly plan and it shows my data remaining but shows it remaining for the 365 days rather than for that month, I’d like to know how much I have in days until it resets.

Most functions in the app don't work and I can't use iMessage and Facetime with kogan network

Choosing items from the app menus has no effect on my iPhone XR.

I have had to contact kogan multiple times because of an ongoing problem receiving calls even when i have good reception. The app is barebones thats ok. But its pretty bad to make your customers pay for a product that doesnt work properly
