Need to improve

In the previous version, I could clearly see how much I had spent after making the minimum payments and paying off the outstanding balance. However, in the new version, there’s no way to track how much I’ve spent recently.

Slow like a turtle

Way too slow comparing to the old version…

Doesn’t work

Couldn’t even login for the first few hours I tried because the app didn’t recognise the new password I had just set, and then I couldn’t verify my identity because it just didn’t send the 2 factor codes

Fails to show balance owing

New app looks ok. Doesn’t look to do anything significant that the previous one did. Biggest issue I have is I can no longer see the balance owing from the previous statement, only the total amount. So if I have paid $1,000 off a balance of $2,000, $2,000 shows as owed instead of $1,000.

Too slow, much worse than old app

This app is too slow. It is webview and not done developed correctly. When tapping on a button you need to wait and be careful not to tap on anything else. The old Kogan money app was also webview but much better performance.Hey Kogan, you should be able to afford a proper native app, this cost saving is harming your reputation

Fantastic improvement

Downloading and logging in for the first time was seamless and ever so easy. Loving the simple modern design
