Plan degraded/ Login Issue
I am using this app since 3 years. It was great till now even if I have always faced small problems like login issue, add user issue etc. However just a couple of month back I paid for a pro plan for 6 month where we were able to add unlimited users now they now updated the app and i dont have access to add more than 3 users. As I paid them for unlimited users and it should have valid at least for 6 month from that time. I use this app everyday for my sales. Now the worst part is while I was trying to add another user by removing the existing user that also I am not able to do because of some bug. And now my whole sales process is stopped because of that
