Verify
Cant access my ticket without verifying the account but i cant even verify the account
can’t transfer tickets
it says i need to verify in order to transfer tickets but the link just takes me to a website to download the app when i already have it downloaded… pls fix this issue
How do i verify?
It keeps taking me to the app store when click on “verify acct” so i cant view my ticket to transfer.
Cannot show tickets
I have 3 future concerts at the dome but when I go to my tickets through the app nothing shows at all. I know I have the tickets and the show up through the Ticketmaster app itself but not the Inuit dome app.
Released with tons of glitches
Account just can be verified , infinite loop of glitches … please hire some decent coders so I can transfer ticket to my son ….

Easy and intuitive to get set up and learn about this revolutionary new experience. Can’t wait to use it irl!!
Not able to verify or transfer tickets
When I try to view my ticket it says I need to verify. When I hit the verify button it takes me to a page to download the app I’ve already downloaded. It also says everyone has to have their own ticket on individual phones but won’t let me transfer the ticket, I assume due to the fact I can’t verify. Huge issue for people trying to see shows at this venue.

This app makes everything so easy! Can’t wait for the building to open and get going!
