Not able to order ahead anymore! Tried multiple times after the new version update. Never completes the submission. Please FIX!

I have been a loyal app user for years, but this updated version is clearly designed to cheat the customer. They offer rewards but don’t tell you they won’t work if you order on the app even when some say only good if you order on the app. Tech support is useless. They refuse to acknowledge the problem and try every INVALID excuse for why the reward didn’t work when every criteria was met. The store managers are great but this updated app is awful.

The app now seems to miss the option for using mailed promo code. Earlier versions had it.

New app has limitations The old out did not.

The two most important features of a mobile app are the abilities to order online and scan for loyalty in the restaurant. After the most recent app update, I’m no longer able to scan because the code does not show up despite me logging in and out and restarting the app!

Can’t earn rewards since the update, looks like that may change if I give it a card on file but I don’t want to pay through the app and the last thing I want to do with a problematic app is give it access to charge me for things.

Still can’t order for a specific time.

With the most recent update the app has lot the ability to order ahead. I used to be able to place an order and pick it up on my way home with it being ready when I arrived. Now the app only provides for ASAP which means I have to wait for my order when I get there. Please fix this!!
