There is no more rewards redemption and they are still stealing our datas thru receipt submissions

No rewards for a couple of months now, it’s a scam.

Redeemed a $30 voucher after painstaking months of collecting carrots, but up to today still pending. Redeemed on 18Jan24, but it’s now cutting close to May. Have sent 2 follow up messages on the app to check on the status of voucher but no response at all! Useless app and a total waste of time!!

What’s the point of collecting points when there’s nothing to redeem?

Have been using labbit for some time, wanted to redeem something with carrots and the redemption page totally empty prizes all fully redeem. Text customer service in app to enquire also no reply.

Unable to login via fb and Email them but nobody get back to me till date. Lose my daily carrot streak login and unable to submit my daily receipts as a result of that. I have more than 7k carrots in my account and more than 300 pending receipt requests and now unable to login and do anything. Also can’t redeem any rewards for months so the carrots are pretty much useless. Sometimes receipts get rejected for no valid and reasonable reasons. (Eg I submit my receipt but they say another person submit before which was ridiculous)

Apparently, the person behind looking at the receipts doesn’t know that S$ is SGD. I wonder how the company even find people who don’t even know the basic.

There’s no real purpose for the app except to collect personal info. The receipts has been pending for more than 2 weeks without any updates. I mean, what do we even get with this useless app? It’s really waste of time and space on my phone. Next step - DELETE!

Unable to redeem voucher.

Unable to sign in with Facebook, and no one seem to be fixing the bug.
