Laboratory Spa & Health Club

Having a rare medical condition I chose the lab and spa !! the facilities are 1st class and kept clean and tidy. Hygiene is paramount to me as I have liver transplant the team are approachable including the gm. The refurbishment of the gym is great in many ways and the new bike cross trainer is awesome I will endeavour to use the monkey bars and toboggan! perhaps we can have “old running’s “in recognition of the late John candy. All in all the members are great and it’s a great place to find some solace

Every week something is not working! One day is Steam room and the other day shower or hairdryer or Tumble-dryer or few are not working at the same time!

Very efficient and easy to use

A well run club that does everything right. The staff are lovely and the classes and facilities are excellent. Ally Pally’s best kept secret!

Easy to use, only thing I would like is to see how many people are at the gym. Also a link so a booked class or swim can go to my phone Calendar. Otherwise good app !

This works on my phone only. This does not function on tablets/ iPad. On iPad only part of the image is displayed not allowing one to book a class or access the class remotely . For me the iPhone hasn’t a big enough screen for me to follow the class. Totally frustrating

Quite a good app. Enjoying the online classes. But if you book a class that is full you cannot get yourself off the waiting list through the app. You then can’t book anything else the same day. Sometimes it then blocks you from booking anything else on other days. You then have to call the gym and get yourself clicked off the app which is irritating. Could be improved in that aspect.

I had one minor issue but it was quickly and easily fixed by calling the club. Otherwise this is a much better booking system than the previous version so I’m really not sure why there are so many negative reviews! When on a class wait list it would be useful to know what position you’re in so as to understand whether or not you have an opportunity to get in.

Just get an “unknown error” each time it loads. Tried on two phones, reinstalling, etc. No support offered from the Lab, absolute car crash. Why is this not available also as a web app? Currently have no way to book and no help available to resolve.
