Absolutely hands down the best work out app!!! There are 15 different coaches to chose from.. at home work outs if you want just the gym work outs or both. The coaches are on the screen so you can see how the work out is done properly! You have badges you can earn, there’s chats with the coach and other people who are on your team! You can cheer teammates on while they are working out and you get cheers also! There is so much to do on the app! You have a journal that keeps tracks of your weight and reps and if you start lifting heavier it lets you know. Spotify and Apple Music work with the app also!! Paid for the year so that it works out to be a bit cheaper!!! Two week trial to try it out and believe me you will want to continue!!!
