I’ve used Ladder app for a month now and I am so impressed!! I have honestly tried so many other apps and training sites and have never been this consistent and hyped about my training! I train at home with kettlebells and dumbbells and follow the team Body&amp;Bell. It is perfect for me! Training is fun and I love the functional element and whole body focus. Also, the production of this app is super high quality and I love that you can listen to your own music on Apple Music or Spotify during the workouts. 
There is an active community where you can share your experiences, ask anything or just cheer each other on! 
I would give this app 6/5 stars if I could! Highly recommended!🫶🏼

I have been using app 5 weeks now. After only three weeks I started seeing results. I feel so energized and feeling so much better about myself. It is so easy to use. You can choose how many exercises you do in week. I have been doing three exercises per week so far.  Coach is everyday in the chat to keep up the spirit and chat is just perfect for support. Just love it!

I love the workouts (currently doing team Formation) and everything works so smoothly. Unfortunately can&#039;t say the same about the watch app. I&#039;ve been using it almost daily for two weeks and the W app has worked correctly only once. It usually just freezes on the &quot;Ready&quot; screen. Sometimes it&#039;ll start working on mid-workout only to freeze again after a minute. But not really helpful at all because it doesn&#039;t matter record heart rate or calories and you can&#039;t control the phone app through it either... Please fix it! I&#039;ve tried reinstalling etc but it&#039;s still not working.
