I’ve paid for three month and now it doesn’t work, in the beginning it was working really good but last few day it isn’t working, could you do something with that ?

Все утро мучаюсь с этим впн. Пользовалась почти год, все было отлично. Но сегодня он сошёл сума. Сначала подключался, но ничего не грузилось. Потом и подключаться перестал. Создала новый аккаунт, думала проблема в нем. Но нет. Ничего не подключается. Выбираешь локацию - ничего не выбирается. Тыкаешь на большую кнопку- ничего не происходит
