Sehr viel Verbesserungspotenzial
Die App ist wirklich schlimm. Dass man seine Kreditkarte jedes Mal neu eingeben muss ist nervig. Die App zeigt keinen Ladefortschritt an sondern nur die Ladezeit. Das kann ich auch mit meiner Uhr.
Schnelles laden ohne Kreditkarte nicht möglich
Was soll ich sagen, auf einmal stand da eine neue Ladesäule, mein Chip von Shell funktionierte nicht. Also schnell den QR Code gescannt und was dann. Nichts. Nur Kreditkarte als Zahlungsmittel. Unfassbar, ja ich habe sie mal nicht dabei gehabt, weil Sonntag. Anyway, kein Apple, Google pay. PayPal oder was auch immer möglich. Ich war gerade in China, undenkbar wäre es da gewesen.
Ladenetz? Verhinderung der E-Mobilität trifft es eher
☹️🤬Ich habe die App in Aachen ausprobiert an einer STAWAG Ladessäule, und es ist genauso wie andere es beschreiben. Die App friert ein und ist nicht brauchbar. Deutschland verliert sich in Kleinstaaterei und verhindert Digitalisierung. Denkt doch mal über den größten Kundennutzen nach, dann kommt ihr auch zu effektiven Lösungen.
Ladevorgang startet einfach nicht
Man gibt alle Daten ein, aber es passiert einfach nichts. Die Säule reagiert nicht. Hab es mit zwei unterschiedlichen Säulen probiert, kein Unterschied.
Friert ein
Funktioniert mit I-Phone nicht. Anzeige anfänglich in Ordnung aber bei der Auswahl der Ladesäule friert die App ein und ein Laden mit der App ist nicht möglich.
App muss verbessert werden
Kreditkartendaten müssen jedes Mal neu eingegeben werden. Keine Amex kein EC kein Apple Pay !
Absolute Frechheit!
Bei jedem Ladevorgang werden 75 € als Sicherheit hinterlegt. Soweit so gut. Jedoch werden diese nach dem Ladevorgang nicht mehr freigegeben sondern bleiben bis zu 30 Tage gesperrt! Auf Anfrage beim Support wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass das ja ein untragbare Zustand sei und ich mich noch mal melden sollte, wenn das Geld bis zu einem Stichtag nicht freigeben wurde. Das ist nun auch wieder fast eine Woche her und der Support meldet sich nicht mehr! Das ist eine absolute Frechheit!! Wohlgemerkt werden die 75 € bei jedem Ladevorgang fällig. Also Achtung bei Nutzen der App. Ich reite dringend davon ab!!
