App enhancement suggestion: Require users to provide a note or upload a photo of the specific item they want delivered. This would help drivers determine if the item is suitable for the vehicle selected. Currently, some users book motorcycles for items that are oversized or overweight, leading to avoidable issues. The cost of gas, especially with daily heavy traffic, often outweighs the earnings. It might be time to review and adjust the rates, replace "Priority" with “Express” option services, to stay competitive with market rates. While lower rates attract more customers, the burden ultimately falls on the drivers.

NAPAKA BABA PA NG FARE AT YUNG MGA CLIENT NA MAMADALIIN KA KAHIT NAKA POOLING NAMAN YUNG ORDER NILA. HINDI KO IRECOMMEND SAYO TO MAG HANAP KANA NG IBANG PLATFORM BASTA WAG SI LALAMOVE. PATI CUSTOMER SERVICE BULOK SASAGUTIN KA NG HINDI MAKAKA TULONG SAYO. WAG KAY LALAMOVE PAPS KAWAWA KA LANG PATI MOTOR MO.

To hard to cash out your money the lalamove employee are lazy.

The system is not. Delivery fare is too low considering the uptrend gas costs. Taguig to Manila or QC for just 200 pesos?? WTF?? There are also bookings without base fares. Plus, your commissions are too high when you’ve set the fares too low. Maybe for lower fares, lower your commissions as well down to 10 or 5%. There’s also the issue of fake/scam bookings. Shouldn’t your system auto-detect or filter these? Same with people who book but as passengers. They usually put the same notes but no action from Lalamove. There are still drivers victimized because they just want to deliver excellent customer service. Better yet, remove the “abono” option. Toll gates should also always be included in customer’s delivery fee!! And also do something about us able to pick the notifications that we only want. We certainly do not appreciate being notified “agahan natin ang pagkuha boss” on my day off/coding day! My God! The fare is also not fair for drivers! In order for drivers to earn enough, they have to do double booking in the expense of customer satisfaction! Totally absurd! If you’re thinking of driving for Lalamove, DON’T! Spare your vehicles. Just apply as a regular rider or get a regular job! Lalamove is the worst delivery app both for customers and drivers.

This platform is so unfair. It says on the app itself and on the terms & conditions that the rider and the lalamove platforms are partners. However, there are some instances that customer will make an order booking that is no good for motorcycle. I myself as one of the riders who signed up and joined to be a partner with lalamove have experienced those unexpected booking order. It’s really unfair because you have to cancel the booking order because of the oversize and you over weight parcels/items. Once you have cancelled the order booking automatically you will receive a deduction on your ratings or get suspended, worst case scenario? You will get banned and no longer get a chance to get orders. This lalamove platform is no good for freelancers like me. Luckily this is only a part time job for me. I worry those people out there who used this platform as their number 1 source of income. I hope lalamove company will provide or seek attention for riders/freelancers to take actions for those customers who wrongly report the riders/freelances “unfairly” and you wont listen or take side on your so called “partner” we as lalamove rider, we don’t just cancel the order booking because we don’t like it. We cancel the order booking because our lives will be at high risks we kept on receiving parcels/items that is for “sedan”

Sobrang baba na nga ng rate nila. tapos pag mag cancel ka man oh yung client apektado agad yung quality service mo. Di man lang tatawag muna yung mga Agent nila sa mga Rider or Driver kung bakit may cancel sila para sana maka pag explain. Ang gagawin nila suspended agad ng 3-5 days tapos babaan pa nila yung quality service mo. Walang maayos na systema para sana patas doon sa mga partner nila. Sila lang yung gusto kumikita at walang paki alam sa mga partner sana mabura na tong apps ni lalamove sa play store at appstore. Sobrang unfair sa mga Driver/Rider Partner sobrang baba na nga ng fare

Poor customer service, pag nagake booking ka. Wala silang move na gagawin sa inabuno mo para mabawi. Sa commision lang sila interested🙄
